• General industrial services Operating pressure Cast iron pumps are capable of a working pressure of 16 bar With higher rated flanges, cast steel and stainless steel pumps can be supplied for working pressures up to 25 bar. All pumps are hydrostatically tested upon assembly to 1.5 times the rated working pressure. Mechanical seal Virtually any make and type of single, double or cartridge seal may be fitted to the ISF pump.
Drivers Pumps are generally supplied complete with a 3 phase electric motor. Motors with increased safety are also frequently specified. Materials Apex carry stocks of finished components in cast iron and stainless steel. Folded Bedplate Design Fabricated from mild steel sheet, with welded end-plates incorpo-rating lifting eyes. Folded bed-plates can be secured without the need for grouting. Available for motors up to D180 (22kW output) or to customer’s specification.
