Products description

Stairwell and Shaft Louvred and Hatch Ventilators24V ventilators certified to EN-12101-2 used to ventilate smoke from the top of the smoke shaft or stairwell.

HE-77 Fireman’s Override switch Secure switch to allow fireman’s override and manual operation of the system.

EV-SDRB Smoke DetectorThe standalone smoke detector will trigger dedicated control panels upon detection of smoke in the protected corridor/lobby.

Folding Arm and Chain Actuators The folding arm and chain actuators can be used to automatically open and close AOV windows and doors in a fire condition or for daily ventilation.

Lobby Damper The ED30S-rated door will open into the smoke shaft to allow smoke extraction and can be used for daily vent.

Smoke control without the smoke and mirrors

The EV-301 interface panel monitors and controls smoke control ventilators and interface devices.

With configurable modes it can operate as a standalone AOV control panel, or as a natural shaft system or

as part of a networked mechanical solution.

It provides powered outputs for smoke vents / dampers and door actuators and has a separate output for dedicated environmental ventilators.

It accepts smoke detectors, fire alarm interfaces, override switches and environmental sensors.

Line monitoring of all critical input and output cabling for faults in compliance with EN 12101-9 and ISO 21927-9.

What the system does Provides smoke clearance to stairwells by automatically opening a louvred ventilator on the stairwell roof.

When the system is suitable In a location where ventilation is to be achieved through the roof and where the system may be used for summer ventilation and/

or where insulation is required to the vent.

System specification This smoke control kit meets the requirements of ADB of the Building Regulations. It features an automatic opening insulated aluminium roof louvre, a control panel with battery back-up and two manual switches for location at highest and lowest storeys within the stairwell.
