Tea Room, picnic area and ice cream parlourOur tearoom has an excellent selection of hot and cold snacks, drinks and much more. Tearoom closes at 5pm.A delicious selection of local Beechdean Farm ice cream is available from our ice cream parlour.If you prefer to bring your own picnic we offer extensive open and under cover seating areas plus a picnic storage shed so you do not have to carry heavy bags whilst enjoying the village.
Souvenir ShopOur gift shop has a large range of reasonably priced toys, souvenirs and books. The shop is also open to the public, with no entry fee applicable if visiting the shop only. Shop closes at 5.30pm. 10% discount on shop goods for season ticket holders.

The Model VillageThe world’s oldest and original model village comprises of six different villages and hamlets, all stuck in a 1930s timewarp. Covering 1.5 acres of gardens each has its own character, villagers and features – from coal mines to cable cars and castles.
The Model RailwayBekonscot boasts the ultimate train set. Its historic Gauge 1 line has been famous since 1929 for being one of the largest and most complex in Great Britain. Complete with full size signal box and lever frame that controls up to twelve trains at a time.
The Education CentreFind out more about the history of Bekonscot and life in the 1930s. Numerous handling artefacts including a vintage typewriter plus dressing up, story sacks and interactive activities for children.
