HIGHLIGHTS OF ACHIEVEMENT 5 years and 8 months’ Work Experience as Engine Performance and OBD Calibration Engineer Worked as a Senior Engine Performance/OBD Calibration Engineer for Cummins Engine Testing and Development facility in Columbus, Indiana from July 2011-December 2015. Worked as an Engine Performance/Calibration Engineer for Volt Workforce Solution at Caterpillar’s Engine Testing and Development facility in Peoria, Illinois from April 2010-June 2011. Successfully led emissions calibration work by optimizing engine control maps to improve fuel economy by 5% while lowering engine out PM by 40% and met EPA emission requirements to certify Cummins 5LV8 light duty diesel engine for 2016 Nissan pickup truck. Successfully led team of people and completed various OBD projects within specified timeframe to meet program launch deadline. Successfully implemented six sigma processes and coached teams to implement them that lead to cost savings for Cummins and their customers. Worked on Heavy duty engines for completing Tier 3 Certification process. Optimized engine control maps and strategies and perform engine simulation / data

matching to ensure data quality to meet EPA emission standards. Planned and organized multiple test cell activities on daily basis and directed other

team members in the execution of these test activities. Applied engine simulation techniques to optimize fuel system, air system, and other

performance related systems. Evaluated new engine concepts via simulation and/or test. Assisted with engine and test cell problem resolution. Improved the rating development process and conduct ratings reviews with customer
