Weddings couples deserve something really special - Urban Pantry Food have the experience and passion to provide just that!
Urban Pantry Food aims to be as flexible as possible as we understand that couples have very individual visions for their weddings. Rather than offering a standard wedding package we create unique personalised menus based around your ideas and theme.
As well as the savoury food element of your Wedding, you may want us to help with other parts of your day whether; drinks, Wedding Cake, decoration or Wedding Planning. Previous clients have found that dealing with just one company for many aspects of their Wedding replaces the stress of juggling a number of suppliers. Let us take care of it for you!
All of our chefs are professionally trained and love what they do. We all aim to please and provide you and your guests with a delightful day! Our waiting and bar staff are second to none – serving with a smile and style. You can relax and enjoy your own party!
On the next few pages you will find but a few suggestions along with a suggested menu and example costs. What we really like to do is speak to you about your likes and dislikes so that we can provide you with your perfect menu and the right ‘flow’ to the day based on your specific requirements and budget.

These are to be used as a guide only as we like to discuss your requirements directly with you to create that perfect meal for your special day. SHARING PLATTERS
Large elegant platters served centrally at each table are a great way to provide a less formal occasion than plated service. A lovely way to break the ice between the two new families and look amazing adorned with edible flowers & micro herbs.

Here at Urban Pantry we like to offer beautiful, bespokecakes that are tailored to your style, budget andpersonality. Whether you would like a vintage, floralwedding cake with cascading sugar flowers or a modernsilver gilded masterpiece, we design every cake bespoketo you.
We also offer extravagant dessert tables laden withcupcakes, cake pops, hand decorated biscuits, macaroonsand meringues. These sweet treats can also bebeautifully presented as individual favours.

Why not have a selection of sweet treats after your Wedding Breakfast or further into the evening. Even mix and match to create a sweet table for dessert. Prices start at £1.50 per piece.
Event Management - Not only does Urban Pantry Food offer a bespoke catering service but also has dedicated events personnel. We understand that your event may require careful planning and we are very happy to offer you our expert advice, help and have a wealth of contacts to back us up.
Waiting & Bar Staff – Urban Pantry Food provides experienced waiting & bar staff to wine and dine you and your guests. We offer a ‘seamless service’ as both chefs and waiting staff know what is expected of them. We provide 1 member of staff per 15 guests depending on food choices and serving style. If you require a more formal style of service please just ask.
Hire Equipment - We arrange all of this for you - included in our pricing is elegant place settings, glassware & white table linen. If you require something slightly more bespoke then we are more than happy to help you decide.
Specialist equipment such as bars, vintage drinks dispensers and cocktail machines are also available (for more details see the following slides or just ask).
