SDS-PAGE and Western blotting analysis of anti-hFABP, 3G9 (Fig.1-2)

AbYBiotech, School of Biotechnology, Dublin City University, Glasnevin, Dublin 9, Ireland

Figure 1a shows the SDS-PAGE containing purified anti-hFABP scFv (~ 28 kDa) and the anti-hFABPscFv-specific band on Western blotting was probed with mouse anti-HA IgG. MW: Pre-stained proteinladder; E: elution. The figure 1b shows the schematic diagram of the Western blotting analysis.

Figure 2a shows the SDS-PAGE containing purified hFABP (~ 15 kDa) and the hFABP-specific band onWestern blotting was probed with chicken anti-hFABP scFv, 3G9 followed by HRP-labelled anti-HAIgG. MW: Pre-stained protein ladder; F-T: ‘flow through’; W: wash; E: elution. The figure 2b shows theschematic diagram of the Western blotting analysis.
