Alsecco organic renders have been developed based upon Acrylic or Silicone resin technology. These resinbinders are highly elastic and consequentially resistant to surface cracking.

Alsecco renders consist of a basecoat reinforced with glass fibre mesh. This reinforcement increases the systemtensile strength and works in tandem with the elastomeric binders to optimise crack resistance.

Alsecco renders are designed to shelter the sub-structure from the elements. Impervious to water and CO2

alsecco renders provide meaningful and warrantied protection for the building fabric.

Alsecco renders are through coloured, so prolonged everyday weathering and wear will not affect the finishedappearance of the system.

Alsecco renders are designed to allow the building to breathe reducing the risk of interstitial condensation.

Alsecco organic renders are UV stable and colour fast, reducing the need for future aesthetic maintenance. All ofthe products in the range meet the highest standard on the International lightfast index.

Alsecco organic renders are fully compatible with a wide range of substrates including: existing mineralicrenders, calcium silicate, cement particle and magnesium silicate render carrier boards, concrete, aeratedautoclaved concrete and masonry.

Colour and Originality

Material, structure and form are the key design elementsof any facade. However, using carefully consideredcolours in harmony with these elements candramatically enhance both the architectural conceptand built environment.The alsecco Creative Colour System is the ideal tool formodern architectural design. With a standard range of18 colour groups, each having a minimum of 28graduated shades from light to dark, the standard listcan accommodate most design eventualities. Howevershould a bespoke tone be required, a full “colourmatching” service is available.The extensive tonal palette of the alsecco CreativeColour System does not only offer the pastel shadestypical of traditional renders. Dark and intensive huesare now fully available, in fact almost any shade ispossible.

Stability and ReliabilityAlsecco colours only use the highest grade pigmentsensuring optimum technical reliability. This means thatwhatever colour you choose, UV stability, lightfastnessand weather resistance are guaranteed.Those who want to minimise maintenance costs andensure that the facade retains its “just applied” vibrancyfor years to come can specify Alsecco AlsiColor Silanas the final finish to any of the alsecco render systems.Alsecco AlsiColor Silan is a unique nano-quartztechnology coating that defines the future of exteriorfacade painting. Unlike conventional masonry coatings,the AlsiColor Silan not only colours but protects therender by providing a capillary hygrophobic barrier thatis water repellent and resistant to algae growth. Thisadditional protection will continue to protect for 15 yearsin normal climatic conditions and will significantlyreduce the need for periodic maintenance.

Flexewall Impact is our highly durable, fully reinforcedrender system designed for use on masonry and otherinconsistent substrates. The system is slightly thickerthan other alsecco anti-crack render systems andconsequently can be used to level undulating surfaces.The full glass fibre reinforcement increases the tensilestrength of the system and enables existing surfacecracks to be rendered over without extensive pre-treatment.
