Experience the bold design, colorful art and family-friendly functional-ity of the most stunning vacation home on the Washington coast in the premier beach town on the Washing-ton coast. The home’s designer, Lew Oliver, and interior designers, Cort-ney and Bob Novogratz, created this home with luxury vacations in mind. The three wildly unique master suites, each with either their own balcony or fireplace, are just a few of the many details executed to perfection to optimize ideal vacationing. Art lovers will appreciate the home’s collection that features Andy Warhol, Ann Car-rington and Fernando & Humberto Campana. The open air courtyard & covered patio capture the quintes-sential Pacific Northwest culture with fireside seating, Scandinavian spa, a foodie’s grill and, of course, unbeat-able coastal views. The cozy, modern-funk indoors celebrate togetherness with unbelievable gathering space on each floor.

THE OVERACHIEVER You expect a complimen-tary mid-week clean, which you get, but we’ll do you a few better. We have a whole team ready to serve. Let us know if we can pre-stock your fridge, bring in a personal chef or even arrange child care.

You come for the beach, but fascination finds you wandering the sandy paths in anticipation that the next best place you’ve ever seen is prob-ably around the next turn. Staying in Seaside is about lunch from the windows of quirky gour-met airstreams for a midday beach break. It’s sneaking away at dusk for a stroll in Rosewalk, then catching a movie under the stars in the amphitheater. It’s a community joining each other for a concert or the farmer’s market. It means a family bike ride to play yard games on the Green and the sunset bell at Bud & Alley’s. Seaside is about a ‘simple, beautiful life.’
