What is Title I?Federally Funded Program

Ensures a high-quality education for all students

Title I FundsFeldwood ES received a FY2016 federal allocation of $333,184 to provide additional support for the school wide program. Funds must supplement, not supplant district funds.

Title 1 Funds

Instructional- $145,971Supplemental Salaries for 2 Title 1 teachers Supplemental substitute pay for Title 1 teachersBenefits

Improvement of Instruction- $154,486 (includes salary and benefits)Data Support SpecialistInstructional Coach

Student Transportation- $1,000Transportation for Extended Day (afterschool tutorial Nov.- Feb.) One percent (1%) of Feld wood's total is spent on parent involvement activities- $1,000Supplies, resources books for K-5 parents
