What is Title I?• Federally Funded Program
• Ensures a high-quality education for all students
Title I Funds
Feldwood ES received a FY2016 federal allocation of $333,184 to provide additional support for the school wide program. Funds must supplement, not supplant district funds.
Title 1 Funds Instructional- $145,971
Supplemental Salaries for 2 Title 1 teachers
Supplemental substitute pay for Title 1 teachers
Benefits
Improvement of Instruction- $154,486 (includes salary and benefits)
Data Support Specialist
Instructional Coach
Student Transportation- $1,000
Transportation for Extended Day (afterschool tutorial Nov.- Feb.)
One percent (1%) of Feld wood's total is spent on parent involvement activities- $1,000
Supplies, resources books for K-5 parents
Other Support Services- $36,728
