    This was an interesting picture of Arafat working around the troops aiming a cannon. It showed

    that he was more of a fighting general as opposed to a desk general.

    This picture was useful because it showed two sides of him. The friendly side and the terrorist

    side as he went off into battle.

    This picture showed how Arafat relaxed and more of his personal side. The image displayed how

    Arafat engaged with his troops. It also showed that he was human too.

    This picture went perfectly with a quote on my page The Leader of the Palestinians. Arafat

    was known for spending time with small children and this picture solidifies it.

    This is a picture of Arafat as a fighter holding a gun. It showed that he wasnt just a myth that he

    actually fought.

    This was a funny little picture of Arafat playing Ping Pong with his troops. This picture again

    shows his personal side and how he relaxed and spent his free time.

    This interview by Larry King provided me with quotes from both Arafat and Rabin about their

    work in the peace process. I found the exchange of opinions very interesting.

    This picture was is a full face portrait of Arafat. I edited the picture for title slide. In this edit I

    split the picture into two parts. One stayed the same and the other became darker.

    This editorial gave an opinion of the Middle East politics. Hussain believes that Arafat was the

    main cause for Middle East violence.

  • This picture showed Arafat as a peace maker after the signing of the Oslo Accords. It also

    provided very strong evidence that he was there and did participate.

    This is a picture of Arafat speaking at the United Nations. This picture is important because it

    was a turning point for Arafat as he became more of a peace maker as opposed to a fighter.

    This topic was introduced in ARAFAT THE MONSTER and I decided to find an article over it.

    This one explained the attack and what the PDFLP wanted in return for the hostages. This page

    also includes the pictures of the victims of the Maalot Massacre.

    This picture was designed to include all the faces of the victims of the Maalot Massacre. I found

    that this picture stirred up a large amount of emotions in me personally and I hope that it has

    the same effect to the viewers. I think that it had this effect because it put a face to the terror.

  • This book helped prepare me for my project and the political climate of the Middle East. This

    showed the buildup for Arafat and Fatah.
