Staff memo To All Staff From Andrew Cook 5 th August 2015 As you may know my Kidney Transplant of 30 years is finally on its way out and my health is on a downward spiral, with dialysis looming ever closer. We have significant growth targets and the pressures are increasing all the time, which quite frankly is exhausting me and exacerbating the decline in kidney function, so having given the situation a lot of thought while on scout camp last week and with the agreement of the board I will be handing the responsibility for group sales over to another as soon as reasonably possible and we will be promoting/ recruiting a new sales director (designate). I will stay on the Main Man board and will get more involved in product development, staff training, supporting MB and strategy around any treatments I need to have, but it is important we continue to grow sales and achieve and surpass the 10% growth we enjoyed last year – and quite simply I am not well enough to continue driving this forward. We will be looking to recruit a new sales director with immediate effect and any staff who feels themselves suitable to apply should do so, however we will also be advertising the role outside as well in the media I wold like to thank everyone who has supported me in my role and I hope we can continue to grow Main Man together and that you will all offer the new Sales Director who ever they may turn out to be, your full support.
