Dear Friends,

B'nai Shalom is our central home for Jewish life, friendship, support andinspiration. The heartbeat of our synagogue is Shabbat, with services and kiddushthe central gatherings of our week. But the heart of our synagogue is our people. At our joys and sorrows, our members are our closest friends and strongestsupports as we pass through our lives in community.

In these pages you will find some of our early offerings for 5778. From AdultEducation and Religious School to Men’s Club and Sisterhood, you will findmeaningful and important opportunities to grow as a Jew and to develop newfriendships in your synagogue.

From youth programs to Hazak, we are working hard to provide you with thekind of dynamic opportunities that you have come to expect from B’nai Shalom. We are proud of our calendar and of our synagogue.

This year I hope that you will be able to sample broadly from our many offerings. Our staff welcomes your curiosity and invention when it comes to our programs, and we are here to serve your needs. Come by any time, and let us hear howwe can help you to continue your Jewish Journey with us.

L’shanah Tovah Tikateivu,

Robert L. Tobin
