Appropriately named after it’s land predecessor, the

Aksarben Horse Race Track, the Inner Rail will provide

a unique experience to the Omaha area. Featuring just

under 25,000 SF, the Inner Rail will connect the new

HDR building with the parking garage, creating an alley

lane with additional outdoor square footage for dining

and entertainment. The alley is a certified Entertainment

District, meaning patrons in the area will be able to carry

open containers about the plaza, enjoying the outdoor

activities and amenities at the Inner Rail. The project is ideal

not only to office occupants in the area, but also nearby

residential tenants in the Village. With a close proximity to

Aksarben Cinema and Baxter Arena, the Inner Rail will also

appeal to movie and event goers.

Restaurant, retail, and entertainment space will be

available throughout the Inner Rail. About 16,000 SF will

be available in the HDR building and another 8,000 SF will

include a unique foood hall in the first level of the parking

garage.
