Aksarben Horse Race Track, the Inner Rail will provide

Restaurant, retail, and entertainment space will be
available throughout the Inner Rail. About 16,000 SF will
be available in the HDR building and another 8,000 SF will
include a unique foood hall in the first level of the parking
garage.
