CHAPTER II MISCELLANEOUS PROVISIONS 

 Section 2. Separability Clause. If any part or provision of this act is held invalid or                               unconstitutional, other provisions not affected thereby shall remain in force and effect.   Section 3. Repealing Clause. All other laws, decrees, orders, issuances, rules and regulations,                         which are inconsistent with the provisions of this act are hereby repealed, amended, or modified                             accordingly.   Section 4. Amendment Clause. This act may be amended should a representative of the Central                             Assembly propose it   Section 5. Effectivity Clause. This act shall take effect upon final approval, and shall be                             disseminated to the public accordingly.
