Effectively serve on various School Affiliated Boards as a leader, while revising Institute's policies and rules for School Improvement Plans. Developed program "Train Our Brains" and “Student Mentors” to increase application and synthesis of higher-leveled learning opportunities, directly correlated to greater student achievement and increased positive behavior modification.
