Amway Business Development Assessment and Certification Program:

The Program consists of two videos and two assessments. On successfully completing and passing the curriculum withrequired passing criteria, you would acquire Amway Direct Seller (ADS) status and will be eligible to sell to Customers andalso add Amway Direct Retailers (ADR) in your sales team

Eligibility Criteria:

The course will be activated only for qualified Amway Direct Retailers (ADR) within 4 hours of them fulfilling the defined 90 days sales criteria.

How to Access:

• The link to access the program will be sent to the mobile number and email ID of qualified ADRs• The link to access the program will also be available on Amway website (www.amway.in)

Step No. 1 (a) Access the program through the link received on SMS or Email ID

Note a) You can also access the program via link on Amway website (www.amway.in). Steps mentioned on the next slide.

Step No. 2 Enter the OTP received on your registered mobile number and Email ID

Note:a. If you do not receive an OTP, click on “Resend OTP”. This will trigger another OTP on your mobile number and Email IDb. The OTP is valid for 10 Minutes only. c. If you are unable to enter OTP within 10 Minutes, you will need to regenerate it by clicking on “Resend OTP”

Step No. 3 Click on Continue

Note:a. If you make three incorrect OTP attempts, the screen will become inactive for the next 3 Minutes. b. You will be able to resume (re-enter or resend OTP) after 3 minutes only

Step No. 4 Use the dropdown menu to select language preference and click on continue

Note:a. The language of the program content (video and assessments) and the website labels will change to the chosen languageb. This is a one-time activity. You will not see this page on subsequent visits to the portal

Step No. 16.1 Passed Curriculum: Click on Download Certificate, after which you will be directed to the exit page

Note:a. The certificate will also be automatically sent to your email IDb. Later, the certificate will also be available in the Business Development Assessment and Certificate Program section on

Amway’s website

Retake both the courses andassessments until you pass

the curriculum with required passing criteria, pass the curriculum and receive

certificate (step no. 16.1)
