Just fifteen miles west of downtown Phoenix, Camelback Ranch-Glendale (CR-G) is the sun-kissed 141-acre Spring Training home of both the Los Angeles Dodgers and Chicago White Sox.

Over the past seven seasons, CR-G has ranked as one of the highest attended facility in the Cactus League and will welcome over 250,000 fans through its gates during the upcoming 2016 Spring Training season. With three consecutive years of double-digit percentage attendance growth, CR-G continues to be the West Valley’s most impactful Spring Training facility.

In addition to White Sox and Dodgers baseball, a plethora of other events call CR-G home. Historically, the facility has served as host to the Great Arizona Dog Show, Warrior Dash, Major League Baseball’s Arizona Fall League, Warp Tour, and even ESPN’s Super Bowl hospitality, plus countless youth, senior and amateur baseball events.

Fans have the opportunity to take photos next to a scaled replica of the iconic DodgerVision scoreboard.

In many ways, a fan’s trip to Spring Training is about so much more than seeing a baseball game.

It’s about connecting directly with their favorite teams, the White Sox or Dodgers, enjoying a unique atmosphere distinctly different from the regular season and experiencing more access to their favorite players than ever before.

The one-of-a-kind fan experience at CR-G includes the opportunity to take photos with the world’s largest Tommy Lasorda bobble head doll, a mini version of LA’s iconic DodgerVision scoreboard, and eight foot team logo sculptures, amongst so much more. As fans meander through CR-G’s walking

trails, adjacent to a five acre lake, they pass through the newly named ‘All-Star Walk’ honoring Dodger all-stars going back over one-hundred years. Additionally, eleven baseballs, all over four feet in diameter, honoring Dodger MVPs, lined the waterside. This unique space is an incredible area to activate an equally unique partnership.

At 6’ tall and 24’ wide, the outfield signage at CR-G represents the largest signage of its kind in the Cactus League. In addition to being visibly impactful, partners with outfield wall signage also benefit from associating themselves with other nationally or regionally respected brands. In ‘15, the ten brands benefiting from outfield wall signage at CR-G included DeVry University, Bank of America, Budweiser, Montejo, Westgate Entertainment District, Harrah’s, LoanMart, Perfect Game, Primavera Online High School and the Arizona Office of Tourism. American Furniture Warehouse can receive one (1) outfield sign in 2016 and beyond, joining this great group of brand company.

Besides being visible to all fans attending games, signage is also seen by hundreds of thousands of more fans watching from home. In ‘15, all games from CR-G received live broadcast on Sportsnet LA or Comcast Sportsnet Chicago. A total of seventeen games were also made available nationally via simulcast on MLB Network. CR-G has the largest television reach of any Spring Training facility in Arizona or Florida.

Our game program, “PlayBall”, is offered to every man, woman and child that attends games at CR-G… free of charge! The program features up-to-date rosters, feature stories and even that game’s souvenir scorecard.

With eight different versions printed throughout the one-month season, the publication features fresh stories, up-to-date rosters and the game’s official souvenir scorecard. American Furniture Warehouse can receive one (1) full page, full color advertisement within “PlayBall”.

Since CR-G prints multiple versions of its game program, American Furniture Warehouse can utilize up to four (4) different ads throughout the season, providing a unique opportunity to share multiple marketing messages or promote individual furniture brands and partners.

In total, across eight different versions, approximately 250,000 copies of “PlayBall” will be distributed during the 2016. How’s that for reach?!

At all games, American Furniture Warehouse has the opportunity to ‘own’ a between inning break and present an interactive promotion each day.

If interested, the promotion could be a Best Seats in the House opportunity. CR-G would wrap four (4) prime seats with American Furniture Warehouse branding and during the middle of the first inning, a lucky group of fans would be upgraded to the best seats in the house, the branded seats, on behalf of the store. CR-G will produce unique, animated video board graphics to correspond to the promotion which would also feature a live public address read. CR-G production staff would video record, on our gigantic jumbotron, the lucky winners being upgraded.

During the promotion, no other marketing messages would be displayed or heard.

Should it desire, and based on its business goals, CR-G can work with American Furniture Warehouse to create a different promotional concept.

CR-G can work with American Furniture Warehouse to develop custom in-game video board graphics to support its daily promotion.

Spring Training at CR-G is immensely popular. So popular in fact that in 2016, CR-G expects over one-third of its games to be completely sold-out.

To capitalize on the popularity of Spring Training at CR-G, American Furniture Warehouse will receive four (4) full-season tickets to all White Sox and Dodgers game.

In addition to its four (4) season tickets, at one (1) mutually agreed upon game date, a guest of American Furniture Warehouse can throw out the game’s ceremonial first pitch. This lucky guest will also receive a framed, branded photo to commemorate their experience. Use this as a valuable tool to incentivize employees, or to reward a special vendor partner or shopper.

American Furniture Warehouse has the unique opportunity to grow its business through CR-G, the Chicago White Sox and Los Angeles Dodgers. As a partner of the three entities, the brand will receive the following marketing inventory:

• Category Exclusivity – American Furniture Warehouse will receive category exclusivity within the ‘Furniture’ category. CR-G will not work with any competitors of the brand.

• Outfield Signage – The largest signage of its kind within the Cactus League, the brand will receive one (1) 24’ wide by 6’ tall outfield sign, one of only ten in the ballpark.

• Game Program – “PlayBall”, the official game program of the White Sox and Dodgers, is offered free of charge to all fans attending games. American Furniture Warehouse will receive one (1) full page, full color, advertisement within “PlayBall”. Since CR-G prints eight different versions of its program, and since American Furniture Warehouse probably has multiple marketing messages to communicate, the brand can change its ad up to four (4) times per season.

• In-Game Promotion – American Furniture Warehouse will own a between-inning break at CR-G and has the opportunity to benefit from an in-game brand promoting promotion. CR-G will work with the brand to create a Best Seats in the House concept or to design a custom promotion that helps grow its business. The brand will receive exclusive access to the in-stadium video board and PA system during this time as well.

• Premium Hospitality – American Furniture Warehouse will receive four (4) full season to all 2016 White Sox and Dodgers Spring Training at CR-G.

• First Pitch – One (1) first pitch opportunity, including a branded photo for the guest, to a mutually agreed upon game.
