PROCESSING METHOD
Ways of processing panels are easy , with processing timber or metal tools we can finish all , includ-ing cutting , sawing milling , slotting , side folding and curving. According to different design demand.
SAWING
SLOTTING
It can be easily proceed with wood product processing saw and plat saw, It recommended to use hard alloy blade.
We attach great importance to making sure the processed U type slot is 0.2-0.4 mm away from the polyethlene substrate we sug¬gest 135° as the best slot angle
- (1) Milling mashine and trimmer use a modified dr-ill as showed in the following left chart ,Number of teeth : 2 4Running speed : 20,000 - 30,000 rpm Feed speed : 3-5 m / minuteMaterial : hard alloy
(2) When processing larg quantity of U type slots , we suggest using round saw and belt saw , A picture of that kind of slotter is listed in the following :

PROCESSING METHOD
BOLTINGFrom the perspective of defprmation limit we conclude that Formula E>2D is the best calculation method between aperture ( d) and the distance from hole center to panel and (e)
RIVITINGThrough counter sinking rivet we can achieve easy joining from one direction
BENDING WITH PLATE FOLDERWhen using plate folder to bend, we should make sure the radius is sutable for the moldsthe required minimun inner radius .
BENDING WITH 3-ROLLER BENDERCompared with plate folder , 3-roll panel bender is more favorable for bending panels with biginner diametar . And before bending we should ensure that the panels could be bended with hands after bending is finshed
