Classof2026(SecondGrade)

Thisweek,theclassof2026startedourexpeditiononmappingour

communityandheritage.ScholarsarebecomingexpertsinNewBedford

featuresandresources.Theyareworkingtogethertodeveloptheir

researchandpresentationskills.Theywillbecomeaccomplishedmap

makersandexpositorywriters.

Thisyear,weexpectthatallscholarsintheClassof2026willmaster80%ofthemathematicsandsocialstudies/sciencestandards.Inordertodo

theyshouldbeearningaLevel3,whichisequaltoan80-89%,oraLevel

whichisequalto90%orhigherinordertoensurethatthescholarhasa

securegrasponcontentandisonthepathtocollege.Maintainingour

excellentattendancewillaidusinhelpingscholarstoreachthesegoals.
