Nigel Redman Matt Ferguson Rowly Williams
Nigel made his England debut against Australia when he was 19,and won his 20th and final cap against Australia 13 years laterAfter retiring from playing Nigel was appointed RFU National Academy Coach. For several years coach of the England Under 19’s and Under 20’s. He was appointed to the new role of Elite Coach Development Manager in 2008..•Bath •England – 20 caps including 2 World Cups•British Lions – South Africa 1997
Matt has worked for the RFU for 8 years as a Rugby Development Officer , Community Rugby Coach and is currently working as national lead on the RFU Scrum factory project.
He coaches England Women’s A Team and is National Scrum Coach Graham Rowntree’s mentor
Rowly is a High Performance coach. Specialising in individual, team , back play & kicking skills, He has coached in the Premiership & Europe (London Wasps, Bath Rugby), where is one of only a handful of coaches to be able to count all three major club trophies among his coaching achievements - European (Heineken) Cup, Premiership & Anglo-Welsh Cup.
Other coaching positions include the Super League with Wigan Warriors & at Test match level with the US Eagles as assistant coach.
