One of the tallest buildings in the city center,TID Tower has an area of 46 000 m² and it is designed to have four underground stories and twenty four stories above. With a height of 85m, it is the highest tower in the region, and a part of the urban plan of the Tirana city center. With its style and uniqueness, TID Tower represents a very special achievement not only in the Balkans but on also on a wider international level.

Ales Construction was the contractor for the entire concrete structure shuttering, casting and reinforcement works.

Opened in 2011, Tirana East Gate Mall (T.E.G) was the rst modern shopping center in Albania, and one

Epoka University is one of Balkan's highly ranked universities. Epoka Social Center and Department of Architecture (ESC+DA) building, with and area of nearly 7,000 m2, is part of Epoka University Campus in Tirana, capital of Albania. Epoka Campus project was designed by Zambak Architects, Turkey.

Ales Construction was the subcontractor for the concrete structure works of Epoka Entrace Gate and the Epoka Social Center and Department of Architecture, as well as the sculptural concrete structure at the main gate of the Campus.
