Shared Ownership allows you to buy a share in your new home and pay a small rent to Plumlife on the percentage you don’t own. As with all home purchases, you’ll need to have saved up for a deposit. For free, impartial advice on the best deals out there, we can put you in touch with an independent financial adviser. With Shared Ownership, you’re free to buy more shares in your home in the future if you want to – until eventually, you are the sole owner.
About Shared Ownership
If you are in full time employment, live locally or have family connections to the Salford area, and have a total household income of less than £60,000 per annum, you may be eligible to apply. You will be prioritised if you are a social tenant or are a member of the armed forces.
