SKY keeps service agreements with World Class Providers for the maintenance of all Heavy Components in the fleet

1. Itineraries and frequencies of cabotage operations in destination airports, and new routes or emerging markets for the commercial strategy of the Company.
2. Required Maintenance levels applied in the operational routes, in accordance with the established itineraries.
3. Costs related with the implementation of our own services versus costs of services offered by the Maintenance Organization, in accordance with SKY’s requirements and policies, compared with efficiency/quality/safety.
4. Experience in the Flight material used by the Company.
5. Since September 2015, the implementation of the “Low Cost” philosophy as a new strategy of SKY Airline.

3. Talma has a Maintenance Organization certified and recognized by Chilean National Authority and provides liaison as Technical Representative with the DGAC and technical assistance in accordance with RAP 129.7 requirement.
