Progettazione e studio designDesign at the planning stage

Ogni casco Airoh, prima di prendere forma, viene lungamente pensato dallo staff Airoh insieme al designer industriale e studiato in fase di progettazione e selezione dei materiali. I primi esemplari vengono realizzati sulla base dei feedback operativi dei nostri tester e piloti professionisti: a loro affidato il compito di vagliarne accuratamente ogni caratteristica, indossandoli sui circuiti di gara cos come nei propri spostamenti quotidiani. Le loro valutazioni, sempre preziosissime, consentono allazienda di ritarare e migliorare le performance dei propri prodotti finali.

Before taking shape, each Airoh helmet is developed for a long time by the Airoh Staff together with the industrial designer and carefully studied as well in the planning phase and selection of the materials. The first samples are made on the operational feedbacks coming from our testers and professional riders, who are entrusted with the task of evaluate every feature of our helmets, wearing them on the racetrack and in their daily commutes. Their always precious ratings allow the company to re-calibrate and improve the performances of its final products.

Ogni casco Airoh viene testato allinterno della galleria del vento da tecnici altamente specializzati che ne valutano laerodinamicit in accordo a precisi parametri di riferimento, al fine di elevarne ai massimi livelli laerazione interna e lergonomicit.

Each Airoh helmet is tested in the wind tunnel by highly specialized technicians, who evaluate their aerodynamics according to specific benchmarks, in order to characterize them with the maximum internal ventilation and ergonomicsdegrees ever.

Stampaggio visiereMolding of visors

Le calotte dei caschi Airoh in termoplastica prendono forma attraverso un sofisticato processo di fusione, che vede combinarsi perfettamente tra loro un insieme di polimeri di policarbonato allinterno di speciali stampi ad iniezione; alla meticolosa lavorazione artigianale invece affidata la realizzazione mediante stratificazione di quelle in fibra di carbonio e Kevl-ar. Il guscio interno in polistirolo di ogni nostro modello viene ricavato attraverso un processo di stampaggio a vapore ad alte temperature. Le visiere Airoh sono stampate e poi trattate con processi rigorosamente antigraffio.

The outer shells of the Airoh helmets in thermoplastic take shape through a sophisticated fusion process, which perfectly combine a set of polymers of polycarbonate in special injection molds; the models in carbon fiber and Kevlar are instead the final outcome of a meticulous handmade process stratified as per the Multi Axial system.The inner EPS of our products is obtained through a steam molding process at high temperatures.The Airoh visors are printed and then treated with scratch resistant processes.

Le calotte graficate vengono realizzate grazie allapplicazione manuale di decals, attraverso un procedimento scrupoloso ed attento capace di donare ad ogni casco Airoh linconfondibile design che lo contraddistingue. Gli interni, in materiale di ultima generazione altamente traspirante, vengono cuciti da mani esperte, a riprova della grande attenzione che lazienda da sempre riserva alla qualit.

The outer shell of every Airoh helmet is painted and treatedwith a UV filter for fulfilling the highest standards of qualityand design, in the complete respect of the environment: endurance, durability and colour luster are guaranteed over time.The graphics of the outer shells are made by the manual application of decals, through a scrupulous and careful process able to give to any Airoh helmet the unique design that sets it apart. The latest-generation inner fabrics are highly transpiring and sewn by experts, as proof of the great attention that the enterprise has always paid to quality.

Presso lo stabilimento centrale della Locatelli S.p.A: ha luogo laccurato assemblaggio delle parti di cui si compone un casco Airoh. Prima e durante tale processo, eseguito a mano da personale specializzato, ogni singolo componente viene meticolosamente controllato ed eventualmente scartato nel caso in cui presenti anche la minima imperfezione.

At the main Locatelli S.p.A. factory is placed the accurate assembly of the parts which make up an Airoh helmet.Before and during this process, completely executed by hand by skilled personnel, each component is meticulously controlled and possibly discarded if presents even the slightest imperfection.
