• AIAA has identified more‐, all‐ and hybrid‐electric propulsion, power systems, and aircraft as priority growth areas.

• AIAA has created a Working Group to beneficially engage allinterested parties from within/out of AIAA to further more‐, all‐ andhybrid‐electric propulsion, power systems, and aircraft technologiesand to benefit the aeronautics industry.

AEPP Involvement and Organization

• Organizing F360 and supporting technical sessions at P&E 2017 and SciTech 2018 (and Aviation 2018)

• Supporting a 3 day Aircraft Electric Propulsion and Power “track” at P&E 2017 (email went out Tuesday to AIAA Members!)

• Organizing a F360 on Standards at SciTech 2018• Working with IEEE to organize a joint workshop at P&E 2018

• Promote/support future electric aircraft sessions at Aviation (without undermining the great work already going on)

• Organizing summary sessions at other Conferences (SciTech, AVIATION, P&E)

• Coordinating with AIAA TC’s and outside organizations to promote educational opportunities and standards

• Publicity for Aircraft Electric Propulsion (Aerospace America articles and others)
