Downloading the AIM Capture APP
1. In the app store, search “ AIM CAPTURE ".
2. Our free app will be first on the list.
3. All you’ll need to do, is download and login with the email
address that AIM Support provided.

Finding your inventory!
1. Select the model that you wish to enhance.
2. Enter the stock number or choose from a list of your NEW or
USED inventory.
3. You can also filter your inventory by No Images.

Knowing the basics
1. While in the model pick list, you’re able to see which
vehicles have a rebate, discount and the number of images that a
specific vehicle currently has.
2. Click on the unit to start the enhancing process...

Select your enhancements
1. Enhancing your inventory has never been so easy! 2. Choose
one of the following options to begin.

Taking images
1. Click on the “Upload Images” tab to begin take pictures.
★ Image Preview - will show you the image immediately after you
take the picture to verify that the unit is centered and that the
camera has properly focused.

1. Select: Outside, Inside or Hotspot to begin the process.

2. AIM Capture will prompt you to take the next picture in the
queue. By pressing “ok” the camera function will appear and allow
you take a specific horizontal image.
3. For all Hotspots, AIM Capture will ask whether the vehicle
has a specific option. Take the picture if it has does or click
“Pass” and it will direct you to the next vehicle option.
4. Once the image taking process is complete, upload all of the
images.

Taking Custom Videos
1. If you would like to do a custom walk around video on a
special unit, simply click “take video” and begin the process.
These video’s will be sent to the AIM Platform and able to be
syndicated to the various places that you advertise.
★ Make sure to have a very good Wifi connection before uploading
the video to prevent long processing times.

Adjusting Prices on the Lot!
1. Simply choose the Sale price, make your adjustment and click
Save.
★ “Mark as Special” will flag the vehicle in the AIM Platform
and send that information out to your website.

Previous History is EXTREMELY important!
The description options are very important when enhancing your
inventory. Previous history is something that EVERY customer wants
to know and it becomes a great selling feature when advertising
your inventory online.
1. Simply click on the statement that best applies to the
unit.
2. Click “Use Condition Statement” and save when complete.
3. AIM’s automated descriptions will automatically render a
condition statement for you.

Previous History is EXTREMELY important!
Enhance your condition statement even further by adding more
information about the Overall, Tire, Brake, Interior & Exterior
Condition.

Control more than just the statement!
1. With a click of the button, you can activate or deactivate a
vehicle.
2. Change the Drivetrain, Cab or Box Descriptions.3. Add the
In-Service Date.4. Click Save when you’re finished.

Specific VIN Options
1. Scroll through VIN specific pick list of options to better
enhance your inventory with all of its extra options.
★ These options will be automatically added into the
description.

Image Branding with photoshop can be a time consuming process,
with AIM Capture it EASY!!
1. Select the individual image that you wish to badge.

2. Click “Badge Image” in the bottom right corner of the AIM
Capture app.
3. Pick from a list of key optional equipment, historical
vehicle data or payments. ** Badges are preset to land on the image
without overlapping the dealership overlay.
4. The Finished Product!

1. Restore Images 2. Pick the photo(s) & confirm
editing.
3. Confirm in preview. 4. Re-apply the overlay by selecting “Add
Overlay and the image.
