Regarding the role:

• This person will be in charge of managing all of AIESEC

Macedonia's social media and blog ( Blog; FB pages:

AIESEC Macedonia, Macedonian Youth to Business Forum,

Letovo Sakam; Twitter: AIESEC Macedonia). This person

should understand our products and how to communicate

them through social media to attract the ideal buying

persona. He/she will also be responsible for ensuring that

all questions received through these medias are

answered, track the performances on the social media,

be in constant update with the newest trends on the social

media, educate LCs on how to use social media in the

best way and align them to our products.

• Duration of the term: 10th of

March to 20th of June

Activities:

• Creation and realization of communication plans for social media, aligned to our products.• Creation of blog content for www.aiesec.org.mk• Visit webinars, read news and content related to the changes in the social media that happen every day and adjust our campaigns to the fast changing environment

• Education of the LC’s on social media

KPIs:

• Number of communication plans created• Number of blog posts published on www.aiesec.org.mk

• Number of reports sent to MCVP MKT about the changes in the industry and ideas on how we can adapt to the changes

Developed skills:

• Social media management• Integrated and content marketing• Business administration for social media• Presentation skills

Preferred skills:

• Basic knowledge of Facebook Page Management• Excellent writing skills• Content marketing

NST Learning & Development Manager

Regarding the role:

• This person will be in charge for the development of the

membership in AIESEC in the Republic of Macedonia

which is on TLP position, mostly through the process of

Education ( the other TM processes will be included, but

will not be the main TM focus process) and will work in

cooperation with the MC VP TM & LCD towards the

creation of the TLP LEAD. This person should understand all

stages of the Talent Development Processes and how their

implementation on local level works. He/She will be

responsible for tracking this implementation of the new

educational frames on local level and be aligned with all

LC VPs TM in all the activities. Learning & Development

Manager will be the channel in which the flow of the

Talent Management processes are in correspondence

with the National initiatives.

Activities:

• Creation of educational frames for membership who is on TLP, in cooperation with the MC VP TM & LCD and the LC VPs TM• Reading & Interpretation of the Local Tracking Systems• Reading & Interpretation of the Local Evaluations • Measuring the outputs from the Talent Development Processes • Creating LEAD sessions, in cooperation with the MC VP TM & LCD • Proper documentation, connected with every workflow

KPIs:

• Number of educational frames created • Number of LEAD sessions developed • Number of TM processes developed • Number of sessions held for the LC VPs TM• Number of documents delivered to the MC VP TM & LCD

Developed skills:

• HR Management• Business Administration for HR• Change Management • Scheduling

Preferred skills:

• Basic knowledge for the TM processes• Strong knowledge for the Talent Development processes• Data Management
