Talent Management team Jobs description
Trainings (1 position)
This person will have to organise trainings for LC members in collaboration with the Training Manager. Those trainings will be held by professional or AIESEC’ers.
Tasks
Find appropriate Guest/AIESEC speakers Take care of the logistics needs (Room, catering...) Check the presentation content. Communicate the events (In collaboration with the COM Com. Manager)
Team bonding (2 positions)
This persons will be in charge of all the aspect of Team Bonding activities in the LC.
Tasks:
Organize team bonding activities for the LC (Christmas dinner, BBQ...) Organize City Tour’s Communicate the events (In collaboration with the COM Com. Manager) Take care of NaCo logistics aspects (arrivals, groupe departure...)

TM Processes (1 position)
This person will work with the Training Manager and will be in charge of updating or creating past documents for TM Processes purpose as well as managing the coaching system.
Tasks:
Goals Tracking o Making sure that every member’s competency circle is up to date.

Members of this team purpose is to get in contact with companies in order to sale our AIESEC products.
Tasks:
Establish first contact with partners and make the follow up. Be a representative of the organisation to the corporate world. Seal partnerships with companies. Conduct sales of the Global Internship program and other LC Products. Manage partnerships with companies.

Communication team Jobs description
1. Communication interne
Cette personne est en charge de tout ce qui a trait à la communication aux membres et aux étudiants. Cela passe autant par la gestion des divers canaux online – site web, page facebook – que la création de newsletters internes et externes.
Tasks
-‐ Réseaux sociaux :
• Mise à jour des pages Facebook et du site internet selon une procédure uniforme -‐ actualités, photos
• Réponse aux questions et commentaires postés, rediriger les demandes si besoin. • Promotion des pages et le site internet pour augmenter la visibilité du LC Lausanne • Intérêt pour les actualités internet des autres LC de Suisse et du monde.
-‐ Newsletters :
• Choix et proposition des sujets d'articles pour les newsletters à suivre • Rédaction des articles sur la base des informations récoltées auprès des membres,
retournees, etc et des photos • Création de la newsletters au moyen de Prezi ou tout autre support
• Rédaction d'une newsletter externe selon la même procédure

2. Représentants par faculté : actuellement 3 :
-‐ Représentant RP SSP / Lettres / Géo / Biol -‐ Représentant RP HEC / Droit -‐ Représentant EPFL
• Lister les associations propres à chaque faculté ainsi qu’un descriptif de leurs activités
• Réfléchir à de possibles collaborations avec ces associations – promotion des échanges par leur biais par exemple ou toute autre activité
• Démarchage auprès des associations
• Dresser un portrait-‐type des étudiants de ces facultés
• Analyser en quoi l’AIESEC peut être une association intéressante aux yeux des personnes de ces facultés. Cela renvoie au choix d’un angle de présentation de l’AIESEC auprès de ces personnes
• Mise en place d’un calendrier avec les dates importantes des étudiants de ces facultés : examens, évènements spécifiques, etc
• Mise en place d’un calendrier de promotion spécifique à chaque faculté basé sur les activités d’AIESEC
• Mise en place d’un plan de promotion ciblé par faculté
• Collaboration à la participation d’un matériel de promotion adéquat et global et création d’un matériel de promotion ciblé (shouts)
• Réservations des salles, matériels pour les promotions spécifiques à chaque faculté
• Contact avec les facultés

Global Village team Jobs description
The work in Global Village is about bringing to reality one of the most famous event on the campus. We need to organize a fair that hundreds of students will attend to on a very short period (Only a few hours). This requieres organization, time management but also communication to make sure that every stakholders are aware of the time and place the event is hapenning.
Logistics (1 position)
These people will have to handle all the logistics requirements.
Tasks Book and manage the place for the event Manage the stands allocation Ensure that all safety standards are met Organize the equipement needs Manage the electricity needs
Marketing (1 position)
This person will be in charge of all the aspects of the GV promotion
Tasks:
Collaborate with the comm' team for the posters Create a strategy to catch the interest of students (shouts, flyers,...) Make an intensive promotion 3 weeks before the event
Communication (1 position)
Those people will have to handle communication with the participants
Tasks: Run infosession for the participants Keep track of the participants to make sure that they are ready for the event Answer their questions Communicate all the participants needs to the logistics manager Give all the information to the participants in advance
