Take input from the hotel designers, owners, and/or purchasing agency to develop items for each property on

a case-by-case basis. Use factories overseas & domestic, to source products tailored for the client requirements in both design and

budget. We can source Furniture as well as OS&E

The Montage, Beverly HillsAida & Co. was thrilled to be selected by

The Montage Hotel in Beverly Hills to create and source more than two dozen items for the first new hotel constructed

in posh Beverly Hills in over 16 years. Working with both Hospitality PC & the

hotel management as well, the items were created with the client’s choice of

materials, colors, and details. The items included wastebaskets, ice buckets & tongs, remote control caddies and two

different notepad holders. Wood legs on the luggage racks matched the woodwork in the closet and special trays were made for guests’ valuable to fit in to the in-room

safes. For this project, the clients selected a dark chocolate faux leather with ecru

contrast stitch details. Additionally wood items were created and stained to match wood finishes in the hotel, i.e. luggage rack finish match woodwork in closets, magazine holder matches armoire finish and waste baskets and tissue holders for powder rooms match the woodwork in the

bathrooms.

The Montage, Beverly Hills

The Arrabelle at Vail Square

For the Arrabelle range of items, a split‐grain cowhide 

leather with a special resin finish that protects the leather 

from scratches was used. The client also selected a contrast 

stitch detail in an ecru thread. These design features were 

carried throughout the items including the ice buckets, 

magazine dump, tissue  holder, notepad holder, in‐room 

guidebook, remote control caddy, and bathroom towel tray. 

The Jefferson Hotel, Washington, DC

For this historic property, Aida & Co. created oversized luggage racks to match the dark wood in the rooms.

Additionally, due to the size of the bathrooms, lacquered wood trays are being used for towels & washcloths. These were custom-made to fit the interiors of the bathroom vanities and were painted to match the floor tiles. There was no up charge for the custom color or sizes.

Palace Concepts I & II

The Palace Concept I was created for the hotel that wants to give the impression that no expense was spared when finishing out the interior décor. In this case, matte red croco embossed leather was selected. However, there are wonderful other options including black, brown or emerald croco leather, metallic debossed leathers in “lizard & snake” patterns as well as ostrich embossed leather. The options are endless

. The Palace Concept II was created in faux leather for the hotel that wants to give the impression that no expense was spared but uses faux to save approximately 40% over real leather. In this case, rich brown faux leather embossed in a croco design was selected. However, there are wonderful other options including snake, ostrich, lizard, eel & shagreen designs in a choice of many colors. There are also metallic and suede finishes as well.

In addition to the items shown here, any other products required can be created to the client’s specifications. Other possible items include luggage racks, wall mirrors, ottoman stools, and even headboards or entire beds.

Buyer can even choose from a variety of sizes for ice buckets, waste baskets & trays as well as custom-sized notepad holders, remote control caddies and amenity boxes.

The Harness Strap Leather Collection was created in a rich tanned leather for the hotel property whose interior décor is somewhat classic American, equestrian, and vintage. It is perfect for a lodge, mountain resort, or any property that has a rustic or vintage feel. The decorative strap evokes an equestrian feel and gives definition to the items.

The Jute & Leather Collection was created as a less expensive option to the Harness Leather Concept. Using a rich tanned leather strap accenting eco-friendly jute canvas, it is perfect for the hotel property whose interior décor is somewhat classic American, equestrian, and vintage. It is perfect for a lodge, mountain resort, or any property that has a rustic or vintage feel. The decorative strap evokes an equestrian feel and gives definition to the items. Buyer can choose from a choice of jute colors.

In addition to the items shown here, any other products required can be created to the client’s specifications. Other possible items include luggage racks, wall mirrors, ottoman stools, and even headboards or entire beds. F&B products like menu covers and check presenters can also be created. Quilted Leather Concepts

.

Natural-grained cloud-soft white leather is padded and then hand-stitched with perfect diamonds is crafted into the perfect accents for the luxury hotel property. However, the look can change and adapt to many different décors by simply changing the color of the leather. In the white shown above, it is a very serene and tranquil grouping. Change the leather to red and you immediately have a look that might be called “Holly wood Rouge” or “Casino Royale”.

Buttery soft camel-hair colored leather is padded and then hand-stitched with a series of interlocking geometric shapes into the perfect accents for the luxury hotel property. In the camel shown above, it is a very serene and tranquil grouping. Change the leather to black and you immediately have a look is striking and bold at the same time. Harness Strap Leather Collection

Custom Designed Concepts

The Marina Collection was originally created for a six star project in Dubai. As such, there are some items shown that are not pictured in our other collections. These include a pen cup, shoe tray, eyeglass tray and a desk blotter that opens and stores stationery items. Notice the upright magazine & newspaper rack. The grouping uses brown leather combined with dark croco leather. The circular wastebasket uses a rich leather strap accented with a solid brass buckle.

Arrabelle was originally created for a five star property in Vail, Colorado. All items were custom designed for the project. In discussing the hotel’s wants and desires, it became apparent they did not want a fully natural leather that would scratch or stain. To this purpose, Aida & Company manufactured this grouping using resin-coated genuine leather. The coating prevents most of the issues that come with naturally treated leather products. in addition to the items shown here, any other products required can be created to the client’s specifications.
