RAW MATERIAL HOPPER Cereals are discharged into raw material hopper.

DOSINGRaw materials coming from silos are gathered in the bunker of rationing unit according to the prepared ration.
GRINDING & MIXING The compact grinder and mixer system is only valid for pellet plants that have 3 ton/h or less capacity. Homogeneous mixture is provided with intertwined double helix.
PELLETIZING Feeding helix, pellet conditioner, internal helix and pellet flap are entirely made of 304 stainless steel. A steam input system exists on the conditioner.

Raw materials are transfered to vertical mixer unit with the aid of a helix after being grinded in hammer mill. The machine provides a mixture of feeds that have similar gravity, such as barley, corn.
Raw materials not to be grinded are added through a lid on the lower part of hammer mill. Storing raw materials in vertical mixer silo and ease of bagging operation are the foremost advantages.
When the silo gets full, the warning system is automatically activated.
It is used for homogeneously mixing of cereals and spices which have a humidity ratio between %15 and %20. Homogeneous mixture is obtained with the intertwined double-helical system. Final mixture is moved out of the mixer with the aid of a bag filling helix.

We offer a machine which combines grinding and mixing processes in a single system in order to obtain powder feed to our customers.
Upper bunker of the machine feeds the vertical shaft grinder unit. Thinness of the feed is adjusted by changing the sieve.
Homogeneous mixture is obtained with the intertwined double-helical system in the horizontal mixer. The additives required for ratio, such as minerals, vitamins, bone dusts, etc. are added through a lid on the mixer. Final mixture is moved out of the mixer with the aid of a bag filling helix.

The blades of the machine which has hammer system are opened with the centrifugal system at high speeds and grind the feed. It can grind all kinds of hay and grain (barley, wheat, corn, corn cobs, rye, oat, cottonseeds etc.) except the oily and humid ones.
There are two different product groups: electric powered type and tractor powered type.

ROLLER BALLS
Feed rolling machines compress and grind cereals such as barleys, corns and make them turn into feed. They are composed of two corrosion resistant roller balls that are hardened under heat treatment, input bunker and construction. There are two different product groups: electric powered and tractor powered types.
