.:: ABOUT US ::. For over a decade, Adventure International hasbeen committed to socially responsible travel. We work hand-in-hand with
community leaders as much as possible, we strongly support local
employment, grass roots non-profit organizations and various development
projects, to ensure the well being of natural habitats and local communities.
We adhere to strict sustainable and ethical operation policies in the office
and in the field. AI is dedicated to creating authentic comfortable travel
experiences and our management team and chosen guides understand thiscommitment. We take pride in outstanding product delivery and
understanding the unique places we visit. We look forward to sharing these
wonders with each and every one of our guests.
.:: PHILOSOPHY ::. We specialize in adventure travelbecause we believe in the idea of organizing a trip to a natural
environment or remote location with the specific purpose of
active physical participation and the exploration of a new
experience. However, our philosophy also incorporates finding
out ways in which we can improve the welfare of local people. By
running a responsible travel company this can be achieved. Ourphilosophy is that you can combine luxury adventure travel andlocal communities into a symbiotic life-changing experience.
While giving our travelers ever-lasting memories, we also look
towards the future and seek to create sustainable tourism models
in the areas that we visit. This happens through our own
dedicated teams and through our partnerships. Our on-the-
ground approach for our programs is distinct, in that not all of our
team are sitting in an office. We have owners and managers who
are constantly on reconnaissance for new trips, we have trip
leaders who are guiding private groups, we have the best local
guides leading families and small groups on their next departure, and sales consultants planning your next adventure. This
operational approach ensures that we are on top of our services,
our knowledge, and our commitment to being as close to the
ground outfitting as possible. From inception, AIs emphasis hasbeen community development and rural empowerment of
communities. For us, empowerment starts with local guides and
local training - and their dedication to spread knowledge to their
communities and to our guests about the importance of
becoming global stewards. Our guests become the critical first
step of engaging the rest of the world to remote wilderness areas
that others call home. Our philosophy is that successfulconservation is achieved with the partnership of local
communities, whereby they truly see the benefit of tourism, and
gain benefits themselves.
