This is to inform you ofthe recent and upcoming school news, the arrangements of school administration

1. 2020 HKDSE

We celebrate our students' achievements in HKDSE 2020. Our students are admitted to various

government-funded degree programmes in different institutions through JUPAS. It is hoped that all

our students, parents and teachers work harder hand-in-hand for excellent results in the HKDSE in

the coming academic year!

Promotion Polic

To offer an all-round assessment on the holistic development of our students, the promotion criteria

ofour school are based on students' academic results, attendance and conduct throughout the year.

For students who study in classes with English as the medium of instruction in Mathematics and

Science, their yearly scores of these subjects, together with their performance in English Language,

are highly considered.

Our students are always encouraged to be active learners through various learning and teaching

strategies such as pre-lesson preparation, note-taking, group work, self-reflection, etc. In order to

strengthen our students' active learning habits, parents are invited to encourage their children to

In response to the development ofthe COVID-19 pandemic, the Education Bureau announced the suspension

ofall face-to-face classes and activities until further notice. The school will arrange real-time online teaching

from September. Some learning materials and textbooks have to be purchased for learning first. In addition,

The school will continue to create an encouraging and authentic English learning environment for

our students. To enhance students' interest in the language, the following are to be conducted in

this academic year:

(1) Participating in the Hong Kong Schools Speech Festival and other inter-school competitions

(2) Recording of Common Room, an RTHK radio programme

(3) Self-regulated learning

(4) Activities conducted by our NET

(5) English Ambassadors trained and mobilized by our English teachers

(6) A variety of activities and programmes to promote reading and viewing of multi-modal texts

(7) Other English co-curricular activities including games, fun fair, inter-class competitions, visits,

workshops, experiential learning in the community and academic exchange with other schools

(8) Mentor and Mentee Programme and Reading Buddies to encourage senior-form students

helping junior-form students in learning English

一、2020香港 中學t憑考試

恭賀 中六同學於2020香港 中學文憑試考獲佳績。 本校畢業 同學經由大學聯合招生辦法

教育局已為所有資助學校及學童購買綜合保險計劃 ，包括公眾責任及團體人身保險 。有鑑於教育

訓導措施

學生注意—∞則(■■21)

本校每年均會舉辦或參與水 、陸運會 、聯校運動會 、級本活動曰等活動。 以上活動皆為學習活

動， 亦藉此訓練學生之團隊精神及對參與學校活動之7承擔 。基於以上原則， 所有活動必須出

席。 有關活動之請假∞則如下：

(i) 若學生欠家長信及替生紙， 記一大過。

(ii)活動後只有家長信 ，但欠缺醫生紙， 同樣記一大過。

(iii)活動後么g∞ ，但有醫生紙 ’記一缺點。

學生搞帶與學習無關的物品回校將被處分 ，例如：

(i) 刀片 、美工刀、A剪刀等利器：

(ii) 耳筒機、 遊戲機、 手提電話(須事先申請） 、電子器材(例如 平板電腦 、媒體播放器)或貴

重物品；

(iii) 任何具網絡功能的智能手∞或用品；

(iv) 任何含酒精成份的∞料或食品，

(V) 任何危險或易燃物品；

[vi) 香埋、電子煙 、香口膠，

[vii) 不雅 、意識不良或與學術無關之物品 、書刊或光碟；

[viii) 頭髮造型物品 、化妝品；

[ix) 撲克牌或其他具賭博用途的物品。

為保障學生安全， 本校嚴禁學生於未經許可之情況下到雲景道配ZK庫。

為同學安全著想及鼓勵同學多參與校內活動， 中一至中三同學需留校午隱。

巧#分心 ，同學不應搞帶手提電話回校。 若家長確有需要於子女往返學校途中與之保

請先向訓導∞老師查詢申請手續 ，並確保同學遵守各項∞則 。同學如遇有突發事故

8. 凡遲到而欠帶手冊者， 即曰放學後須接受功課輔導 。另學生運到三次ll∞章記一遲到缺點’

第四次遲到起 ，亦須於即日 放學後接受功課輔導。 惟累積至第十三次起， 本校將會支援學生

進行個別輔導 ，讓學生溫習課業及反思。

9. 放學後同學宜儘快回家 ，不應穿著校照流連於不適當場所或公眾地方 ，例如:網吧 、遊戲機中

心、 公園 、∞樂場所、 食肆等。

10. 同學如有嚴重違規行為 ，屬勸不改， 需接受停課處分。 如學生行為仍無改善， 則請家長到校

面談及將子女帶回家反思己過。

11. 校服及儀容守則

當天文台發出寒冷天氣警告後， 校脈安排如下’

在整齊冬季校照上 ，可加穿∞黑色或純深藍色羽滅外套 ，惟必須在外再加穿本校多

功能外套。

為保持學生∞撲之形象及∞持校風， 請同學嚴格遵守學生之校服及儀容守則。 詳見手冊第十

頁及十一頁。

《有關"個人─收集須知（家長及學生）

及學生接受拍攝及錄影意願申明"

本校有責任遵守及履行 《個 人資料（私隱）條 例》 的規定來收集 、貯存及運用 學生及其家

長/監護人的個人資料 。現特函通知各位家長及學生， 台端過往及日後對學校所提供的個

人資料， 將作以下用途：

-—* ‧ 家長資料 ：供學生註冊 、資料核實及作為與家長聯絡之用。

二 · 學生資料 ：供註冊及與教育有關 的用 途。 本校可能將收集得來的個人實料提供予家

他教育、 考試及升學等用途。

三· 在收集資料的類別方面 ，學生所參與的各項比賽、 活動 、校內或校外公開性質的表

演過程中 ，都可能會被校方或傳媒機構拍攝照片及錄影 ，亦會有機會作公開刊登（如

冬季:上課時必須穿著白色POIO恤、 深藍色短擁及本校冬季運動套裝 （嚴禁穿著毛衣、 學生會衛衣或多功能外套上課）全學年凡三次欠帶體育服裝(包括欠帶深藍色短補》則記缺點一次女生要紫好過肩的頭髮上體育課男、 女生上體育課時不可佩戴任何飾物{包括手∞）， 免生危險戴眼鏡者應配備不碎鏡片， 免生危險如感不適未能上體育課者， 需以家長書面申請豁免上體育課 ，並需出示整齊體育服裝及鞋機或穿著整齊體育服裝回校 ’如連續兩星期或以上缺課 ’必須出示醫生證明書除體育幹事及教師指派同學外， 任何同學不得進入器材室各同學必須於五分鐘內換好體育服裝齊集操場貴重物件應自行小心保管並鎖好 ，貴重物件儘量不要帶回校更衣室在上課鐘後十分鐘鎖門體育幹事必須切實執行點名工作上體育課時， 應極力保持肅靜

國於器材室未經許可不得進入器材室器材室必須保持清潔整齊， 校隊或體育幹事必須注意各類器材安放位置， 用後放回原處為避免器材散失， 校隊或體育幹事取用器材時必先登記 ’用後亦須清點確實由負責老師簽收 ，如有散失 ，則由使用器材之班級或校隊以實物賠償

同學應認真完成家課I謹記 不可抄家課。

同學應善用學生手冊· 記錄每天的家課， 以免遺漏。

家長及同學可透過學校網頁∞看每天家課紀錄。

如適家課疑難.同學應盡早主動找老師 、家長或親友協助解難。

網上家課冊啟用日期為9月14日

1. 動學班事宜

1.1 勤學班設有午腊及放學兩個時段 。午腊及放學時段分別為12:50至13:20及15:15至

16:15 。

1.2 動學班地點為三樓電腦室或516室。

1.3 勤學班學生名單會張貼於課室之壁報上， 並透過班主任或科任老師通知， 學生須留意安

1.4 動學班學生須帶備學生手冊及需要物品準時到達三樓電腦室或516室。

1.5 校方將於學生手冊通知家長.手冊中印有「 該生令天午腊時間出席動學班」 或「 該生令天

1.6學生須於即日完成家課 。若學生因個別情況未能完成家課.動學班將跟進處理。

1.7 家課為優先考慮因素.動學班學生須完成家課後才可參與其他活動。

2. 家課表現優異獎勵計劃

2.1 各科任老師將於上學期及下學期分別提名家課表現優異的學生。

Liberal Studies

Extra learning materials will be provided for on-line

classes in both junior and senior forms. Students

are expected to learn independently by acquiring

knowledge and skills outside formal classrooms.

Actually, this is a good opportunity for students to

learn by themselves. They have to be

self-disciplined and learn to be化ellsed.

Careers Guidance Group

The award has been opened for nomination since

July. With reference to the criteria for nomination,

the student of each class (S1-S5) with the most

improvement in average score in with Second Term,

compared to that in the First Term, and with Grade

B or higher in conduct will be nominated.

All nominees, as listed below. will be awarded a

2. Sl Talk on Adaptation to Secondary School

Life

On 8 September, Sl students will have to attend an

online talk at 2:15 p.m.. The talk will help them to

review the changes and challenges m the new

environment with a positive attitude.
