CTI Leader sh ip
The focus of the CTI Youth Leadership
Development component is to provide students
with disabilities, enrolled in Career & Technical
classes with high quality interactive leadership
activities. State leadership conferences are
provided for students to display their skills and
abilities. The leadership conferences often reward
students showing the greatest improvement in
their CTE classes. The work experiences and
skills they exhibit are recognized at the confer-
ences as well as throughout the school year. One of many student activities at the 2011 CTI
State Leadership Conference at Rock Eagle Center
