Overview The Local Crusade Director represents CfaN USA and the Reinhard Bonnke Gospel Crusade to all churches and ministries, while established in the assigned city. A person with strong leadership skills and notable reputation who is willing to serve and build good and long standing relationships with the local churches and leaders. His efforts will play a vital role in making the crusade a success. Responsibilities Study the CfaN USA Crusade Manual to understand the functions and planning of these Implement the guidelines and plan in accordance to the crusade manual provided Must be available by phone and email to the Crusade Director Build a database of churches and ministries for the area Personally visit and engage pastors and churches into the crusade structure Ensure that all churches are equipped with promo material and they are implementing promotion according to 4-phase Mobilization Schedule Assist with the Launch Breakfast by making calls and meeting with leaders to invite them Assist in establishing a CfaN Crusade office in the area alongside the CfaN Head office and Crusade Director Attend regular crusade update meetings with the Crusade Director via internet Send daily report of activities and meetings pertaining to the crusade to the Crusade Director Assist in finding key leaders in the area to serve alongside as Crusade Committee Members [Chairman for Prayer, Evangelism Youth & Young Adults] Hold regular Crusade Committee meetings to strategize on mobilizing the churches and body of believers in the area Constantly communicate with Committee Members to encourage in fulfilling their roles Update the database on a regular basis [meeting updates, new contacts, visits, calls, etc.] Promo the crusade in the area Mobilize by visiting’s churches, meeting with pastors and attending conferences to speak about the crusade Send email updates to participating churches Alongside committee, organize all pre-crusade events [City Wide Prayer meetings, Youth Events and Evangelism outreaches] Research facilities to hold these meetings in [Preferably a participating church willing to lend their space] Coordinate the hospitality and logistics of these meetings alongside a Facility Chairman. Play key role during the crusade and after for follow-up
