schedule must meet the approval of the City. The Contractor is requested to distribute the schedule at the pre-construction meeting. The schedule shall be updated, by the Contractor, at the progress meetings.
f) Progress Meetings. Project meetings shall be conducted on a monthly basis. Representatives from the Engineer, Owner, and Contractor shall be present. Progress meeting schedule will be developed by the Engineer.
g) Pre-Installation Meetings. Held onsite prior to start-up of equipment as necessary.
8) Questions Q: Classification of the main treatment building for material.
A: Moderately corrosive, will be answered in Addendum 3. Q: Use of foam in concrete coating/repair? A: Not required, repair shall be Patch N Plug. or within the number of calendar days indicated in the Agreement.
6.02 Bidder accepts the provisions of the Agreement as to liquidated damages.
