Dear Sir/Madam,

As of the 18th of March, my initial tertiary studies have been completed and I am now officially a Graduate of James Cook University. The degree that I completed was a Bachelor of Business majoring in Marketing and Financial Management. Being born in bred in Townsville, I have always wanted to find a career that would help me give back to my community. Since childhood, both the finance and marketing industries have intrigued me. I have always believed that an occupation in either field would complement my attributes and ideologies. Due to unforeseen circumstances involved with new regulations within the finance industry, I was not able to begin my job as a junior financial adviser at a company I was already employed. Therefore, I am now looking for another employment pathway where I can be of service. Given that new requirements that have been set for any individuals working with financial products/services. I have recently commenced a diploma of financial planning. The completion this diploma will see me being recognised as compliant with the RG146 requirements set by the Australian Prudential Regulation Authority. I take pride in the way that I can effectively communicate with consumers and my dedication to tasks assigned to me. I also believe that my hunger to learn more will help me play a significant role in your business. In the future I am looking to find employment in a full-time role, in particular a role that would help me grow into a career associated with giving out financial advice. However, I understand that I may not be able get a position in this field, nor do I want to limit my career prospects to this one specific sector. I am willing to work in any position that will challenge me to strive to work to the best of my capabilities whilst educating me further. I look forward to hearing from you soon.
