computerized sewing operation. To meet your

most demanding specifications, we feature a

variety of programmable patterns using heavy-

weight or lightweight threads.

Box & Cross Bartacking

Whether you require a standard cut or would

prefer a customized look for your product,

ACW can meet your needs. Our capabilities

include cut and fused (heat-sealed) ends on

both elastic and non-elastic cord and webbing.

We’ll match your specs perfectly in our totally

automated punching and fusing (heat-sealing)

operation. Need a multiple hole configuration

that seems a little tricky? No problem for ACW.

Hole Diameters from 1/16” to 3/8”

For a neat, cosmetically appealing appearance,

ultrasonic welding might be the perfect solution.

We use the newest tecnology available to weld

synthetic webbing or hook & loop.

Widths: 1/2” to 2”

For standard applications, our plain grommet

with washer is the right choice. But if you have

higher strength requirements, you’ll want our

rolled rim grommet with spur washer. Grommets

are available in either brass or nickel finishes.

We have the ability to place clasps at any location

and on any length of elastic and non-elastic cord.

The steel clasps are available in eitehr nickel or

brass finishes. To meet your application require-

ments, we offer snaps with either easy-action or

hard-action release properties. Snaps are available

in steel or brass with either a nickel or black finish.

Fraying ends will never be a problem with tipping,

seal dipping, or sewn ends. Tipped ends are

encased in a sturdy metal tip with nickel or brass

finishes. Dipped ends feature a liquid coating finish

that is applied by our specially designed equipment.

Need hook and loop sewn to either elastic

or non-elastic webbing? ACW can meet your

needs on a variety of webbing lengths and

widths.

We have the ability to produce cord assemblies

to virtually any specification. Assemblies are

available with elastic and non-elastic cord.
