ACTION PLAN
Long Term Goals• Adopt 21st Century teaching approaches
to enhance
students’ knowledge
about Geography.
Short term goals• Answering the student’s need to explore and understand
the world around them.• Equipping the student with a range of skills and concepts
enabling him/her to explore and record natural and human features and interactions in local and wider contexts in a systematic way.
• Helping the students to develop a sense of their own place and thus contributes to the student self identity
• Fostering the student’s sense of local,regional ,national and global citizenship
• Developing a sense of individual and community responsibility for environment
Instructional Strategies
• I will choose simple and easy words to explain Geography.
• I make sure to relate maximum topics with
current advancement in the world, it will help students to be in touch with the World.
• I will guide students to understand maps and practice to locate geographical features and locations.
Why Study Geography?
• Geography is all about people and how they interact with each other and their world. Within, the Geography students gain ,

Among the attitudes of our students are: Respect for and celebration of diverse people and

wrongs, righted Tolerance for different beliefs and values Responsibility for the protection and conservation of
humanity and its environment.
