PRODUCTS BASE USE

ADEROL SP Acrylic resin compoundResins are very useful during the preparation of the adhesive layer, in the course of the leather foiling process. They create a medi-um-soft, slightly sticky film with good adhesion.

BINDER AR Water-based dispersion of acrylic polymers (low molecular weight).Soft, well-penetrating acrylic resin with low molecular weight. Especially recommended for finishing soft full grain leather, allows leather to maintain its natural properties.

BINDER ST/F Styrene-maleate copolymer.Yields a tough and crisp film, with a glossy hue. Due to its qualities, it is used for unique finishes, including the CRISTAL and CRACKLE effects.

COMPOUND LUCIDO A mixture of acrylic, urethane and casein resins and waxes. Compound recommended for high quality leather. Yields a high gloss finish subsequent to ironing or foil polishing.

COMPOUND CP 44 A mixture of synthetic resins, waxes and fillers.Recommended as a finishing agent for soft full grain leather and corrected grain leather. Its film has good masking qualities and is resistant to staking.

COMPOUND CP 200 Compound with acrylic and polyurethane resin base.Compound used for finishing full grain leather. Its film has good physical and chemical properties and perfectly conceals surface defects.

COMPOUND PV 470 Acrylic and polyurethane resins.

Self-sufficient agent used to finish coated leather. Leather treated with COMPOUND PV 470 is unusually resistant to bending when wet and dry as well as in low temperatures. Its film creates a smooth and flexible grain and a uniform appearance.

PUR 3305 Dispersion of aliphatic polyurethane. Polyurethane resin which yields a semisoft film with good adhesive properties.

PUR 3360 Dispersion of polyurethane resin.

Recommended for skated leather. Increases resistance to water and solvents when used with other agents. Leaves leather looking natural, slightly silicone-like to the touch. Has good concealing properties and good physical and chemical properties. Used for aniline finishes, semi-aniline finishes, covered and polished full grain leather as well as splits.

PUR 3365 Polyurethane resin – low molecular weight.Soft polyurethane resin with low molecular weight and good pene-trating properties. Used for bases susceptible to polishing. Improves adhesion and resistance to bending when used with other agents.

PUR 3370 Polyurethane resin. Soft polyurethane resin yielding a soft and flexible film. Useful for finishing nappa, aniline and semi-aniline leather.

PUR 3375 Aromatic polyurethane resin. Adhesive resin yielding a very soft, slightly adhesive film. A great adhesive agent for hydrophobic and oily leather.

PUR 3385 Aromatic polyurethane resin.Recommended as an adhesive layer, especially in the case of oily and hydrophobic leather. Hydrates without lowering water resistance.

PUR 3395 Cationic polyurethane resin.Very soft polyurethane resin used as an adhesive in “nappalan” finishes. Equalizes leather’s absorption parameters and conceals defects. Mixes only with cationic products.
