Once upon a time no one would have ever considered eating zucchini once a week, let alone every day. Then we created the Zoodle — the most perfect, delicious form of zucchini in the world. Now, a world without Zoodles would feel like a world without air.

You may notice a non-Zoodles dish this week. That’s not a mistake. Unfortunately, too much of a delicious, even perfect thing is still too much. So we’ve implemented rest days into this program: think of it as a way to reintroduce Noodles to your routine. Once a week, take a break from Zoodling and enjoy your favorite Noodles. By the time you’ve finished your rest day, you can thankfully return to another week of Zoodles.

Q: I’ve just finished Z90X. Do I have to return to my regular meals? A: NO! That’s the beauty of Z90X. The habits you build during this meal plan can last a lifetime.
Q: Will Z90X give me the ripped abs I’ve dreamt of my entire life?A: We really don’t know. This is kind of an experiment.
Q: I’ve never liked zucchini, what’s so special about Zoodles?A: Hey, we didn’t like zucchini either. Until we made Zoodles. Which shouldn’t even be considered zucchini at this point. They’re in a different class by themselves.
Q: Zoodles made me like zucchini and now I’m having an existential crisis and I’m unsure how to proceed? Who am I?A: Unfortunately, we can’t help you with an existential crisis. Fortunately, we know exactly who you are. You’re a Zoodler and you should be proud!
Q: Zoodles seem too good to be true, are you trying to trick me?A: Of course not! We were just as confused when we realized how good Zoodles were. We really just want to share our discovery with the world!
