After brushing the teeth and washing the face, after praying to the Lord, start doing your work.Do not stand and pray during the evenings.

Better to have a piece of cloth around oneself, while taking a bath.With that one piece of clothing on them, one should not have food..at least 2 pieces of cloth is necessary.They do not wring the clothes in the water.They do not go into a gathering with that one piece of clothing on them.

After applying oil on the head, they do not touch any other parts of the body with that same hand. They do not touch any dirty clothes, which was given by others.They do not wear the sandals, even if it is given as a token of sacrifice.

They do not see their reflections fondly, in the water. They do not scratch the land (with their toes).They might sprinkle some water on oil and use, on those days, they need to take oil bath, but couldn't.They do not see other people, before sprinkling water on themselves after the application of oil.

While taking a bath in the river or a lake, they do not swim, spit, play in it, or do not immerse in water for a long time.They do take a full bath from head to toe, not only a waist level, even if they did not apply oil on their heads.

After taking bath, washing their feet and cleansing one's mouth, and giving proper respect to food, one should eat their food.If these are not followed, it is equal to some evil person snatching it away from us. (evil person might here be referred to any disease)

Noble minded people would have their food later after feeding the guests, elders in the house, cows, birds and children.

If one couldn't have their food facing East, other directions are fine too.It is fine to have food during mid-day. It is not good to sleep on a bed facing the entrance.

One should not eat food, while lying down, while walking and in the open space too.Gulping down too much of one's favourite food, eating on a bed and having prohibited food is also not allowed.

One should not start eating first, if any elders are present in a group.One should not even get up before the elders finished off their food.One would not talk much in front of elders.One would not sit right to the elders, even if a hefty amount is paid to do the same.

Eat the sour items last. Have the sweet items first.Other tastes come in between while having food.This is the order one should have their food.26. ; , , , , !

Do not sit near an elderly person at the dining hall, while dining.Choose a small plate to have food and have it according to the ways it has been intended and then clean the plate, after you are done with the food.

Rinse one's mouth inside and out without any marks. Have 3 small drops of water and have it while uttering God's name.Place your fingers on your two eyes, two ears and to the sides of the nose, and say the intended prayers and wipe your mouth.

One should not use both the hands in drinking water.While giving away or getting something from the elders, use both the hands (as a mark of respect)Do not scratch your body with both of your hands.

Do not sleep in the evening. Do not go outside after dark.Do not scold anyone in the evening.Pay respects to the lamp lit before God.Have dinner at night and be in the house (for the rest of the night)

One should not walk in between 2 Gods and learned people.If elders bless when one sneezed, fall at their feet (as a mark of respect)If a friend comes by while one is getting ready to go out, go with that friend, whole-heartedly.

On the grass, farming lands, cow's dung, cremation grounds, on the pathway, near waterways, temples, shadowy areas, where cows graze, on the ashes, wise people do not let go off either of their 'nature's calls'.

During the day time, they do not face South direction; during the night time, they not face North while attending to their nature's call.One do not let go off the fire with water during the daytime.
