Handlebars ACCOSSATO products are certified with TUV certificate issued by TUV in Cologne, especially the handlebars with variable ACCOSSATO withstand 100,000 cycles of pre-loaded with 180kg. The handlebars are made of alloy steel FE 360, AS420, Fe510, Cromomolibdinium stainless steel and other alloys on request,

The metrology rooms work constantly at 20º and they contain last generation instrumentation like micrometry, roughness metre, hardness metre, calibration rings, P/PN crashpads, stereo microscope, validation plans, etc. The Accossato Group laboratory is mostly specialized in welding

Tig and robot tests through penetrating liquids and macrographic sections. Normally, the Accossato quality tests give, for all the new projects, a technical/qualitative documentation of each phase: from the sampling to the technical preseries or even the commercial preseries. If the final Client wants Accossato give, in the simpling phase, the follow documentation: Material Certificate, Dimentional Certificate with the 3D machine, micrographical analysis of each welding, Esthetic treatment Certificate.
