THE RELATIONSHIP OF CHARACTERISTICS MOTHER IN LABOR WITH RETENTIO PLACENTAE EVENT AT RSUD SOREANG BANDUNG DISTRICT IN THE YEAR 2011ix + 57 page + 9 tabels + 3 charts + 7 appendixes

ABSTRACT

A number of retentio placentae events at RSUD Soreang Bandung District in the year of 2009 obtained by giving birth mothers with retentio placentae at the number of 55 people from 700 people, namely 7,8% and in the year of 2010 obtained by giving birth mothers with retentio placentae at the number of 44 people from 894 people, namely 4,9%, this case means that the decreasing of retentio placentae, eventhough there are some impacts from retentio placentae cases postpartum bleeding (15 people), hypovolomic shock (one person), and anemia (4 persons) (Medical Recording RSUD Soreang Bandung District, 2011).The objectives of this research is to investigate the relationship of giving birth mothers characteristic with retentio placentae event at RSUD Soreang Bandung District at the year of 2011.The method of this uses analyisis study method with cross-sectional research planning. The samples of this research are 1.149 giving birth mother at RSUD Soreang Bandung District, at the year of 2011 by using technical sampling. The data collections are from the data of the medical recording at RSUD Soreang Bandung District.The results of this research indicate that there are connection between the ages of the mothers and retentio placentae cases (p value = 0,004), it is found that there are relationship between mothers paritas and retentio placentae cases (p value = 0,000).For medical official are hoped to give some understandings for the society to postpone their marriages until the age of 20 and for married couples to delay their pregnancy until the age of 20, they are suggested not to be pregnant at the age of > 35 and they are suggested to practice family planning for arranging the number of their children.
