Elderly founding so needed special attention accordance their existance, if it is not handled it will cause problems especially health sector and wellfare that causing increased of health services need. Health services are oriented in preventive, promotive, curative and rehabilitative appropriate with nursing theory of Nola J. Pender "Health Promotion Model". This theory helps nurses to understand the determinants of individual health behavior that be the basic of behavioral intervention to promote healthy lifestyle.

Factor analysis associated with elderly visited to Posyandu Mutiara depend on Health Promotion Model in Kelurahan Jawa Kecamatan Samarinda Ulu used analytical method with cross sectional approach, sample were 74 respondents. Independent variable were age, sex, education, motivation, perception of self progress and commitment. The dependent variable was elderly visits to Posyandu Mutiara. This study used simple random sampling and data was analyzed using spearman rho with level of significance 0,05.

The result showed p=0,013 on age, p=0,021 on sex, 0,07 on education, 0,01 on motivation, p=0,02 on perception of self progress and p=0,8 on commitment.

Depend each variable analysis on this study, there was a correlation between age and elderly visits, there was a correlation between sex and elderly visits, there was a correlation between education and elderly visits, there was a correlation between motivation and elderly visits, there was no correlation between perception of self progress and commitment with elderly visits.
