This could be a landlord, person who inherited a house, abandoned house, etc. The equity criteria is added to ensure the homeowner has enough equity in the property so you can negotiate a price that works for you and doesn’t require them to go through a short sale. Geography: your target location Combined LTV: Unknown & 1-60% Address Completeness: Mailing & Property Address Complete Owner Occupied: Absentee Owned In-State AND/OR Out-of-State Corporate & Trustee-Owned: Exclude

Optional Criteria (use the Property tab to narrow your search): Bldg/Living Area Last Market Sale Date (i.e., exclude homes that recently sold) Last Market Sale Price (i.e., exclude properties that sold over a certain price) Length of Residence (i.e., only include long time owners) Lot Area Property Type (i.e., SFH, multi-family, etc.) Style (i.e., colonial, cape, ranch, etc.) Year Built (i.e., older homes are more likely to need repairs)
