DOT Training and Education Management System is used for online application; approval by Principal
Engineer or Manager is required;
It is a privilege to attend training because slots are limited. Plan to share information with others
afterwards.
Set a good example for your Division. Be on time, participate actively; do not use cell phones during
training session. Failure to meet these expectations may result in disciplinary action.
Benefits o Union holds ½ day meeting usually within 6 months of hire.
