The building will feature solutions and interactive displays from United Technologies brands such as Carrier, Otis, Chubb, Kidde, Edwards, Automated Logic and Lenel. A state-of-the-art innovation and technology center and building showcase in the heart of the high-technology center of Palm Beach Gardens, Florida Will serve as the global corporate headquarters for UTC Climate, Controls & Security and also include members of the Otis Americas regional headquarters team UTC Climate, Controls & Security is a global provider of building technologies.
