The challenge
Bepanthen® Plus is designed specifically for treating scratches and small wounds. For a long time the drug did not
rise to the top positions in the category.
The agency was challenged to find a way to increase the brand sales.
At the same time there were some important terms: to maintain the current communication of the TV advertising,
which was aimed at young mothers, and to make it without direct TV advertising budget increase. Albeit direct TV
advertising is traditionally considered to be the main media for achieving growth in the pharma category.
The solution
8 narrow segments of the TA were derived during the strategic session with the client and a unique creative material was
created for each audience. The Google Doubleclickplatform makes it possible to find audience insights and to show
audience segments from the list of audience targets on the platform, who are interested in advertisements. During the test
campaigns an additional audience segment was found – the Tattoo one. It was the one that showed the best result.
Consequently the brand hit the TOP-3 in the category of drugs in 2018.

Bepanthen® Plus sales growth in money in 2016-2017 : + 44.7%. At that time the category increased
by 2.1%. 2017/2018 Bepanthen® Plus: + 25.9%, category + 14.4%. Growth in sales in packages:
2016-2017 Bepanthen® Plus + 38.7%. At that time the category grew by 13.6%. 2017/2018
Bepanthen® Plus + 16.2%, category + 6.1%.
The challenge
"Ukraine now" is the largest international marketing campaign of the Ukrainian government, which started in 2018. Its
goal is to create a brand of Ukraine in the world, to attract investments to the country and to improve tourism potential.
The task was set before all creative agencies of Ukraine: to develop official communication and advertising brand o
f Ukraine on the basis of the slogan "Ukraine now".
The solution
In our solution we worked with the word form NAY- and its English equivalent -EAST, showing the world the
space for new "eastern" possibilities.

The resultsWe found out ourselves among the three best works of the leading AA agencies of Ukraine.
The challenge
The ARCO brand was promoted some time ago and the audience already grew up.
The agency was faced with the task of changing the brand perception to a more modern one. We needed a solution
that would rejuvenate the audience of consumers and, as a result, maintain the market share among the active
competitors.
The solution
A promotional website with viral videos was created. In these videos the unique properties of the shaving foam
were conveyed through the prism of the interests of the young and active TA. The solution involved the use
of Samsung’s virtual reality technology that was introduced in Ukraine for the first time.

The market share in the period June-August in 2016 showed an increase of + 4pp., views
500+ thousand, participants of the promotion: 29 thousand, coverage: 12+ million + organic

The challenge
NOVUS trading network follows the philosophy of fresh, healthy and tasty products. And its employees constantly
take care of customers: of their health, comfort, time saving and the pleasure of shopping. But there are many
supermarkets. And in order to gain the attention of the consumer it is necessary to formalize the philosophy in an
expressive and understandable message.
The solution
A series of commercials was filmed, a trait of which was personal approach to the development of the plot and the
visual solution while montaging the video.
The plot of each of the clips shows familiar situations and different audiences of the NOVUS visitors.
Split screen - the division of one screen into several adjacent parts for simultaneous display of the several video
streams helped to show of the store's internal kitchen and at the same time the motivation of its guests.

The launch of the updated “trust like myself” communication platform on TV and in digital
channels.
The challenge
The development of a four-hour practical workshop for Toyota & Lexus dealers within the event, initiated by the official
importer in Ukraine.
The solution
Understanding the key barriers and motivations of the target audience is an important point that affects not only
marketing, but also sales.
That is why we developed a format of an educational training with the elements of service design practice. We
helped more than 100 participants to break up in teams, to conduct polls, to create customer journey, to familiarize
themselves with new digital tools and select communication solutions to make a dialogue with the TA as efficient
as possible.

90% of the event participants rated our workshop with the highest mark.
The challenge
Dealer centers, as business units, develop their own representative offices in social media. In addition, each of the 33
dealers has its own style of communication, which often does not take into account the tone of voice of the Toyota
brand.
The agency’s task was to formulate the communication rules for the dealers in the most popular social networks, to
teach the newest practices in tracking work and standardize the KPI system so that the official importer would easier
control and measure the effectiveness of the brand communication in all social media channels.
The solution
We developed the guidelines in tabular format with the examples of “how to do / how not to do”.
This solution allowed all the levels of marketing department managers not only to understand the general idea, but
also to see the application examples of communication goals for dealers representing the Toyota brand in Ukraine
and to eliminate the duplication of communication with importer official representatives in social networks.

The challenge
Doing a pawnshops business needs a clear marketing strategy. However, this product is quite specific, and
consumers have stereotypes and biased attitudes towards this category of services.
The agency needed to form a trustworthy, understandable and competitive message implementing the rebranding
of the network.
The solution
We restarted the brand by creating a communication strategy (“There’s always a Plan B”) and placing it in media
channels (Internet, outdoor advertising, Radio, Press).

The results
The first month of the launch of the campaign brought a positive trend in sales of services:
+15%.
The challenge
The drug OnychocidEmtrixsolves a delicate problem of the TA, namely the treatment of nails affected by fungal
infection or psoriasis. The consumers are embarrassed to ask for advice offline because of such an "inconvenient"
disease, preferring self-treatment or ignoring the problem. Also, the problem was the wrong use of the drug, which
reduced its effectiveness. The task of the agency was to find effective digital channels, taking into account the pointed
out "pain points" of the target audience.
The solution
The Isobar Ukraine team developed and implemented a chat bot based on the Viber platform, which is in the top
of instant messengers among the Ukrainian audience.
In addition to the introductory goal, the chat bot solved the problem of regular reminders about the use
of Onychocid, as to achieve the maximum effect of treatment, it is necessary to use the drug regularly and in time.
Using a chat bot, users can set a specific time for reminders and receive notifications at that time. Also, the
functionality provides a reminder of the refill of the drug, depending on the number of affected nails.

In 2018 the consumers contacted with the chat bot more than 10 million times. The project receiveda Digital ChallengeAward in the internalcompetitionof the companyBerlin ChemieMenarini.
The challenge
To increase knowledge about the Nature Treasures line, to change the brand image (to rejuvenate the audience).
The solution
Understanding the importance of the boom of gifts during the spring holidays, we developed a viral content project
with the participation of Lesia Nikityuk (an interactive landing page with the ability to generate funny greetings). To
change the brand image, we relied on the celebrity, as an alternative method of influencing the opinion of the
audience.

The results
More than 5000 unique messages were generated on the landing; over 4000 shares, over 100k views on the
Lesya Nikityuk’ Instagram, 80k + unique video views on the landing and 500 new e-mails in the database.

The challenge
We found and confirmed a hypothesis, that “Tattoos” audience segment (people, who are interested
in tattoos) is an additional brand’s audience.
The analysis gave us an opportunity to obtain data about high interest to brand’s product
(Bepanthen® Plus) from people, who are making tattoos. Based on this inputs we need to develop a
unique method to interact with audience, that is new to brand.
The solution
We created unique content project – “Scarman”, which helped people with noticeable scars on
their bodies to get rid of complexes and cover tragic memories’ traces by beautiful tattoos. The
participants wanted not only beautiful picture on the place of scar, but forgot unpleasant
memories, left them behind and move forward.

The results
Bepanthen® Plus achieved third place on the market: sales scope growth in period of
campaign activity was +25% in comparison with 2017 and +9% in comparison with
similar period in 2018.

The challenge
We started the campaign to support new Danone product - Activia Black.
“Active night / Morning light” – this message became the key of Activia Black launch campaign – the
first drinking black coal yogurt.
The solution
The main campaign’s instrument was poster series with dual concept, under which a special
photo session was organized.
We launched posters in social networks: on brand pages in Facebook and Instagram. Also in
Instagram was created a special AR-mask, that became the key element of this platform
activation.

The results
We overfulfilled plan indicators (mask usage) by 86%: more than 400 thousand mask
usages, almost 7 thousand photos and videos was made with mask.
