• Type 11 is a standard general purpose grinding resin (non-styrenated), 100% solids, and totally reactive with all polyester resin including gel coat formulations.

• Type 14 is based on a low viscosity general purpose grinding resin, 100% solids, and totally reactive with all polyester resin including gel coat formulations.

• Applications include: casting, corrugated sheets, fat panels, gel coats, impregnation, match metal bonding compounds (SMC, BMC, TMC, Preform), pultrusion, and RTM (Resin Transfer Molding).

Unsaturated Polyesters (Type 11, 14)

• Type 46 is based on DIDP (diisodecyl phthalate), a monomeric phthalate, 100% solids, and is an automotive grade which exhibits excellent flm permanency with “low fogging” characteristics. Compatible with PVC and a wide range of thermoplastic resins.

• Type 47 is based on ESO (epoxidized soybean oil), a polymeric type epoxy plasticizer, 100% solids, compatible with PVC and a wide range of thermoplastic

2 Part Epoxy (Type 22, 28) • Type 22 is the work-horse epoxy resin, 100% solids,

epoxy equivalent weight (EEW) from 182 to 192, and totally reactive in all epoxy resin formulations.

• Type 28 is specially formulated for coloration of 100% epoxy based concrete foor coatings.

• Applications include: aggregate panels, cast elastomers, electrical components, epoxy reinforced fber composites, highway marking, industrial coatings, printed circuit boards, concrete foor coatings, coloration in continuous flament winding, wet wrapping, and transfer coating processes.

Silicones (Type 60, 61, 62) • Type 60 is based on a vinyl terminated silicone carrier

that is compatible with most silicone formulations, 100% solids.

• Type 61 is based on a non-reactive, general purpose silicone carrier that is compatible with silicone formulations, 100% solids and coloration.

• Type 62 is based on a hydroxyl terminated silicone carrier that is compatible with silicone formulations, 100% solids

• Applications include: coloration of RTV1 and RTV2 (Room Temperature Vulcanizing), coloration of silicone systems in the process of LIMS (Liquid Silicone Rubber Injection Molding) for construction sealants, caulking, coatings, fnished rubbers and elastomers, and heat-cure molded products.

Thermoplastics (Type 91, 93, 98, 99) • Color concentrates are based on high pigment loading

in a low viscosity proprietary vehicle, 100% solids. Compatible with most thermoplastic and engineering resins. FDA certifcation.

• High pigment loading up to 80% decreases coloring cost and increases color uniformity.

• Let down ratios for opaque colors 100:1 to 200:1. • Let down ratios for transparent colors >400:1.
